I'm thinking about getting 2 and selling the second since there was such a demand for the Pebble. And please, if you're going to say,"It'll probably ship before my Pebble does", don't bother.

Metawatch. Trade for Pebbles

I have a Metawatch leather $200 version will trade even up for a Pebbles. Reason being I have two. First one they sent out didn't vibrate so they sent another one and said to keep the first one. Updated it to firmware 1.35 when it came out and it works great. Must have been the original Firmware didnt work correctly as it would vibrate when out of range but not on a call so something was screwy.

Pebble has started a trend. Smart watches are popping up everywhere! I couldn't find a good list of all the available smart watches, so I made a list of what I've ran across recently. I still think pebble is the best overall considering price, functionality, and developer community. I wonder what Smartphone and OS people plan to/use with the Pebble watch?

I have an iPhone 5 w/ iOS 6.1.2 (not jailbroken) for work.

I also have a Motorola Droid X running Android 2.3.4 for personal use, though my contract is up and I'm looking at possibly upgrading to a Samsung Galaxy S3 (but I'm curious to see what the S4 will be like).

I thought it might be interesting to see what other Pebbler's do for a living, so here's me (also my hobbies)

Retired Police Lieutenant, now in full time ministry as the Executive Minister at a large Christian Church.

Hobbies: Ham Radio - call sign N4WSH, music production using Ableton Live 9, also play drums and guitar, and lastly old VW's. I own a restored 1966 VW Beetle and a Limited Production New Beetle Turbo S. (Wife drives a VW Tiguan) we're a VW family.

So, let's hear it from others, how about you?

Has anyone else noticed how the general mood of this forum has changed to become a lot more upbeat this week?

Obviously as a result of the latest updates, and the release of so many fantastic watchfaces so far - it's great to see!

I must say, having seen what people have managed to achieve so far in a short time, with what I understand is a fairly restricted set of tools, I'm excited to see what else can be achieved as the firmware matures and the community develops.

I'm also incredibly impressed with how helpful almost everyone is, and so open.

I'd just like to say thanks to everyone, the Pebble Team, the moderators, the developers and the community as a whole.

Go PEBBLERS!

I'm just curious. The first thing I do with a digital watch/clock/software is setting the clock to 24 hours, because I can see the time, without any fuzz. But that's me. Why do so many people (from the USA probably) prefer the 12h watch setting?

Hey Pebblers,

Just a quick idea for the forums: I'm not sure if anyone has thought about this, or discussed it yet, but wouldn't it be cool if Pebble Forum Profiles were linked with Gravatar?

I do understand that the Forum software is provided by Vanilla Forums, but would it be possible to edit to the extent of customising Profile Picture Sources?

Yesterday, I newly installed the following alarm clock app, (currently FREE for a limited time only). It's the: Brrr Alarm Clock Pro https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/brrrr-alarm-pro-vibrate-music/id479140145?mt=8 After installing the app on my iPhone, my Pebble displayed: "Brrr Alarm" on the watch! I then set a test alarm, for a few minutes out, and sure enough, the Pebble was vibrating and displaying Brrr Alarm along with my phone's vibrating! However, since that initial fluke I can no longer reproduce this behavior :( Haven't changed any settings, etc. since then. Just though, I wanted to let some of your folks give it a try, and see if it could be done to work permanently. PS: And no, I wasn't dreaming…. ;-)

I have noticed Joseph becoming active of late. I really appreciate this. It's no secret that the pebble team has not done the best job with communication. Him being here, answering questions and helping users shows me the pebble team is trying to improve. I just hope it continues.

I have Ben waiting patiently, I think, but with the last email I'm very hard hearted about the new delay. I originally wanted a black pebble but the gray intrigued switched. Now if I switch back I can have it light years soon. I would be much more interested in purchasing a black one in addition to my gray one. Does anyone else feel this way? It may only be a couple of bucks but I feel like I should be offered one at the kick starter price. Hope for some feed back at the least from the members here but would love an officially answer. As a tech and watch enthusiast the wait is like cruel and unusual punishment and on top of it all I saw one the other day and could catch the guy to mug him and take his but it looked GOOD. Sorry for the creep out there at the end but I needed to let it out.

Like other online forums it would be great to have a signature or poster information section, if for nothing more than to show each poster's "setup" it would be nice to see what smartphone, pebble os, etc people are running and eliminate the constant support posts from people who don't disclose what phone they're using.

ok, you have to fight to the death. your arena is a high school gymnasium. you have a choice to two types of opponents:

1) 2 horse sized ducks
or
2) 200 duck sized horses in waves of 20 ie: you get attacked by 20 DSH's and once the last one dies you get the next wave.

CHOOSE WISELY and please explain your choice.
