The "small fallback font" issue generally means there's been a memory leak and the watch has run out of memory to load a custom font. I suggest restarting the watch.

Yep, It works, at leasted worked for me. But I don't know about the glitch problem, I couldn't reproduce the problem yet.
For us rookies, how do we get these on our Pebble?
Thanks.
The most straightforward method: - install the Pebble app on your smartphone (or whatever doodad is paired with your Pebble watch) - use the smartphone browser to view a webpage that has Pebble watchfaces - click on a link for a Pebble watchface. Like this one: http://ge.tt/8QyHHEe (copied from original post) - the Pebble app should automatically install the watchface on your Pebble watch - select the watchface by pressing the up/down buttons on your Pebble watch, or entering the Pebble watch's menus and selecting the watchface
There are other ways (download on computer, copy to phone, open in phone, or using libpebble), but I find using the smartphone's browser to be the easiest.
