After quite long development process here it is:

Modern v3.1

You can download it from the pebble app store, if you are on the iPhone and can't download it yet: there's new lite version without javascript (it's also extremely battery friendly because of that).

Features:
- Weather: two sources available, Yahoo and Openweather, manual location or automatic (only for openweather), weather saved between watchface restarts and loads instantly if its still fresh (no more refreshing symbol after accessing one option in menu) and as usual Celcius or Fahrenheit. Weather can be turned off completely now and will update in user defined hours (8AM - 10PM by default) 
- Hourly vibrations 
- Bluetooth lost warning with optional warning vibration 
- Battery status bar and low battery indicator, bar located either under logo (if enabled) or under "12" hour mark and low battery icon in upper right corner of the screen if battery is 20% or less 
- Option to use system font if custom font is not good with you 
- Option to disable logo, switch it for digital time or full weekday name 
- New date formats (in 28 languages) 
- Invert colors option 
- Disable seconds hand option for those who want to save battery 
- Option for android users to disable internal error messages if your android app acts weird and causes weather to fail. 

From other news, there's finally PayPal donate button which many of you have been asking about (but if you can, use bitcoin and pledge towards new watchface designs, right now we're just 0.051BTC short from new design).

    I very like the analog with number, it's the only one for now. With date and no second Hand I adopt this watchface for daily use :)

    why do people not like the second hand - I love to second hand (especially 'Modern') But Would love the date (dd/mm/yy or just dd/mm) 
    Is there somewhere we could download the source??

    When I received my Pebble (February) I used the Brain analog watchface with second hand. The pebble lasted 2days. After I used the Big Time Watchface and the Pebble lasted 5days 9H, so the refresh screen every one second in place of 60 second is not a good thing. I prefer 5days running time.

    Use of the second hand burns through the battery much faster.

    Can you post the source?  Inverting Brains is not working, something funny is being done with the hands and they are always black.  Like the white on black design and your Modern is the best I've seen.  Scott

    I see everyone is worried about their battery, if you read my post I have stated that I spent some time on optimising so it wouldnt drain battery too much. They're, unlike Brains watchface, vector based and because of that doesnt require lots of processing power to dispolay hands. That being said I'm still testing how long it stays on battery.

    Anyway, please redownload that watchface and see for yourself how long will it keep running on single charge (I changed method drawing seconds hand a little bit). I'll make versions without seconds hand and with date later this evening if I find some spare time.

    BEFORE YOU JUDGE - TRY IT FOR YOURSELF (battery drain is much lower than in Brains watchface), then report to me how quickly battery died while using these watchfaces. I'd like to gather some info about battery usage for those watchfaces and I cant test them all at once. 

    I'll post sources soon, maybe this weekend I'll have some time to set up that virtual machine with github. I'm sorry about that, but I have very limited time to play with pebble SDK.

    Modern is great!  My biggest complaint with most of the analog faces out there is that the hands aren't big enough which makes them hard to glance at, this one gets it right.
    I like the look on Boss as well but the hands are small and unfilled so it's too hard to read quickly.
    Second the request for date display and option for no second hand!

    Maybe lose the "pebble" on the bottom of the Modern version, and replace it with the date like "4/18" ? And if the second hand was gone along with this, it would be perfect all around. I'm not so concerned about the battery, just don't like second hands.

    Modern is, in addition to Revolution, the only one I use at the moment. Very nice work! Clean, simple, legible.

    I do agree that you should drop the Pebble logo and add a date windows, preferably one that looks like a date windows on a regular analog watch. That is, just the day of the month.

    Updated the main post with new versions, and as I said before: If you worry about battery life with seconds hand - theres no reason to, those are heavily optimised for long lasting.

    I hope everyone's happy now, I really need to go back build my time machine :)

    Modern is an awesome watchface! Perhaps an inverted version? I think it would look reallly nice! Also, I would love the following features/variants though:

    1. Instead of LOGO and DATE, make a DAY/DATE version at the location where the PEBBLE logo resides!

    Something like this:

    2. On top of that, add a DIGITAL version -- at the top like Classic & Digital!

    3. Lastly, for those who are still worried about seconds hand draining battery, make both MINUTE and SECONDS versions. Oh and don't forget INVERTED versions too! ;)

    I just came up with most elegant date solution for modern watchface, updated in main post with DIGITAL version. At the moment it's only with seconds hand to encourage sceptics - no battery drain folks, see it for yourself.

    I think i was one of the first to complain and ask for a version without second.

    Someday after, I realize how the design ask for the seconds.
    Doing that, i start to test, and was surprised with almost the same battery time duration.

    Try yourself, Lukasz is right.

    i get 5 days of battery.
    but, i test and install a lot of watch faces for test purpose.
    my use is moderated, notifications enable for everything, but don't get a lot.
    Alarm off, not using music or any other watch app.

    just finish to charge and will keep it the modern with second, digital date. until battery ends.
    hope to get 6 days.

    one day less of battery for a good a fancy design for me, it's a big deal.

    I installed digital plus logo and it came up garbled. I deleted it and some of the other watch faces were garbled too. I went into settings - watch faces and it seemed to reset so everything is fine now. But I think I'll stick with the non digital version.

    It there's some problem with the placement of the minute hand.
    - At 06 she was at 07
    - At 07 she was at 08
    - At 08 , it is almost at 09 ....
